What is Pact for Skills Africa
Pact for Skills Africa brings institutions around shared African transition problems that cannot be understood or addressed by any one organisation alone.
Through transdisciplinary research, institutional dialogue and sector Compacts, P4SA creates an environment in which universities, industry, public institutions and development partners can examine how capability, capital, knowledge and institutional commitments translate into sustained movement.
The focus is not another programme or initiative. It is the institutional conditions that determine whether existing investments, capabilities and interventions can convert into durable outcomes.
